What is Trial Fit?
A trial fit is putting the parts together before final assembly, to see what fits before anything is fixed. This site does the same for AI in your quoting and order office: it finds the first job to try, what that job costs you now, and a four-week trial on your own enquiries.
What doesn't it do?
It doesn't sell software or recommend a supplier, and it never puts estimating or quote approval forward as a job for AI.
Why the free templates?
Because the jobs around a quote run on documents: RFQs, quotations, bills of materials and price letters. Each template is in Word, Excel or PDF, and written out on its page.
